How to Apply Job Going in QuickBooks

5. Use Estimates and Progress Invoicing Be sure your company uses estimates and change orders rightly and constantly. Use reports to identify any training issues similar as missing change orders, and retrain your platoon when necessary. Remember you can fluently use QuickBooks to produce checks from estimates grounded on a chance of the total estimate.
6. Use Reporting to Compare Estimated to Factual Costs Now that you have a platoon that’s faithfully creating and streamlining estimates, and recording charges as particulars, you have precious reporting data.
